Role: Creative Manager & Social Media Manager
• Acted as Art Director for all content including brand video, lifestyle photography, e-commerce photography and visual content capture for owned email, social, web, print and more. Created the visual guidelines, overseeing casting and styling, and owned the making of creative briefs. Served as photo and content strategist for brand channels. Oversaw multiple projects at once completing more than 50+ photoshoots a year.
• Served as Producer for all photoshoots including location scouting, shot list development, ownership of the production calendar, support in day-of execution, and post-production timeline and asset management. Owned the photo budget and was responsible for all contract negotiation to ensure all photoshoots came in on-time and on-budget with a lens of driving ROI and brand loyalty. Managed all outside resources and vendors including photographers, collaborators, and 3rd party relationships.
• Worked cross-functionally as a key member of the Marketing team and in collaboration with Product, Wholesale, and Web partners to ensure content capture was a force in positioning the brand, influencing sell-through of key items, securing brand partnerships to elevate our positioning within our category and created brand campaigns from conception through execution.
• Played a key role in Bridge & Burn’s rebrand, setting the new art direction guidelines for all future photo and video assets to ensure all creative is used as a tool to increase brand awareness and elevate the Bridge & Burn brand positioning in the marketplace.
• Curated and managed the Instagram account (@bridgeandburn). Aligned with the marketing team to push through seasonal campaigns and promotions. Included photographing and sourcing content and managing influencer brand ambassador relationships.
